Return Policy

We like to keep things simple and straightforward for our customers – that includes our Return Policy. 

Physical Product Orders: All product returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.  In order to be ellgibable for a return, the producet needs to be delivered back to us in unsed condiation.

To begin the return process, please email info@livewellx.com with your order number, first and last name.  We’ll will provide you instructions on how to ship the product back us. Once the product is received at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Membership Fees: All monthly membership fee return requests are consisdred on a case by case basis. Please reach out to info@livewellx.com.
